The Grand Imperial-Heritage Hotel

Great ambience, very clean, spacious, elegant and has all the necessary requirements.

The room was a nice size, the hotel staff friendly but not exceptional. The location was okay, but on a very busy road (which we did not hear from within the hotel).

The hotel looks like the pictures, but the vibe was a bit tired and sad. It might have been that the weather was cold and foggy for the entirety of or stay, but perhaps not. Most of the facility was quite clean, but the stone floor of our room seemed hard, cold, and less than clean. It would have been nicer if there were some carpets (again, it might have been appropriate for the summer, but not in the winter). The bed was too hard for us. The room had no window, so no natural light (again, better for summer than winter). All-in-all, we didn't feel comfortable. We couldn't connect to the Wifi initially, but a visit to the front desk fixed that. The morning we left, we couldn't connect to the WiFi again.The restaurant seemed a bit sad. The restaurant staff was low energy, and the dining room a bit muted. We just had a drink in the restaurant, so we can't comment on the food. The location was okay, but on a very busy road (which we did not hear from within the hotel).

Charming colonial style hotel with evening entertainment. Lovely gardens.

Nothing we disliked but not impressed with initial impression of the reception.

Beautiful property with friendly attentive staff who arranged tours, train and airport transfers, exchanging currency… anything you needed. I find that Heritage properties sometimes struggle with things like reliable and ample hot water and working outlets, but everything here was in excellent working order with a steady supply of hot water, a lovely glassed-in shower, and a separate bathtub.

Nothing… everything was completely to my liking. The staff really are exceptional.

It had a nice lawn and pool to enjoy with family. There were performances for guests in the evening so great experience

The lawn grass wasnt well maintained and the furniture in the room was dusty. Also, the food was okay but the price charged wasn’t worth the quality.

Green location in the city center. Nice pool. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of breakfast, 50% Western 50% Indian.

Somewhat luxurious but already a bit run-down. Not as luxurious as the rent might suggest. WiFi died every few minutes, video streaming was no fun. I found it a bit intrusive being asked to fill out a score card after breakfast, including personal information about myself. Windows had to stay closed at all times because of monkeys.

Very friendly staff and very good restaurant.

This was an exceptional place in the 1970s. Our room (No. 112) was in dire need of an overhaul. It smelled moldy, the fridge was broken, and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. The place needs a thorough renovation and better cleaning of the rooms.

Exterior and Interior is beautiful. The staff is very nice. Aslo have a small local show such as dance and puppet.

Mattress is to soft

The staff were amazing and the restaurant had a lot of character, the pool area was lovely until they started shooting at the monkeys, but only with slug guns, and who wants monkeys stealing our phones, etc.

I didn't like the room lined with padded fabric that smelled like an old rug, but I was moved to another very quickly, which I appreciated

The food is exceptionally costly and the room because it was closed for a longer time, was a bit smelly but once the AC was turned on, it went well.

1) lights in the room were yellowish and inadequate , wished there was 1 or 2 tubelights. it looked gloomy and depressing .2) mirror was not full length had tough time dressing up

Architecture and decoration is beautiful. Swimming pool is open til 8 pm, and it is surrounded by nice designed building.

Some antique timber furnitures in our rooms are quite old and partially broken.

The staff was nice.The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7am to 10:30am.Also for lunch and dinner from 7pm to 10:30pm.

The bathroom doesn't have any air extractor, so there are some bad smells from time to time in the room.The internet is slow

Nice old world charm. Big rooms. Restaurant on site. Comfortable place for a reasonable amount of money.

Everything was fine. We did walk around the block and didn’t find much options for different dinners. Only spent one night.

The hotel room needs some updating, the pool wasn’t very clean.

The architecture and decoration is amazing! Swimming pool is beautiful and private. The Puppet show and Henna hand painting are interesting.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly. They gave us the last room at the corridor. Not enough light in the corridor in the evening.Housekeeping staff equipment was at our door the whole time we stayed.

It has a nostalgia atmosphere which western tourist like. The food on site was very good. Green garden and pool is enjoyable.

The rooms have no windows. The whole hotel is in need of some renovation or upgrading.

The staff wasn't friendly at all nor trained for welcoming international guests. Some aspects were unclear (such as items of the breakfast that were included in our bill without informing us beforehand), services were overpriced (such as taxi for Fatehpur Sikri that they charge 3 times more compared to uber and the meals, which costs more than double the price in nice restaurants). The hotel is located close to the center but the streets around do not look safe enough to go by foot, you have to take the yaxi for anything
